We offer a full refund less 5% processing fee for cancellations made at least 24-hours in advance. It takes about 45 minutes under normal conditions to drive between the airport and Alta, Snowbird, or Park City. However, during extreme weather conditions or at the start or end of a busy powder day, the drive can take much longer. We cannot be held responsible for traffic delays, so please plan ahead.
While tipping is not required, it's always appreciated by our professional drivers who work hard to ensure your safe and comfortable journey. A standard tip is typically 15-20% of the fare for excellent service. For shared shuttles, many passengers tip $5-$10 per person. For private vehicles or exceptional service during challenging weather conditions, feel free to tip according to your satisfaction with the service provided.
We have three different size car seats. As long as you let us know in advance, we will have car seats available for your use free of charge. However, parents are responsible for installation.
The average wait time at the airport is about ten minutes. Sometimes you will not wait at all and we will be rushing you to a van that is waiting for you. If there are people arriving just after you, you might have to wait for them. Our company policy is that you will never wait more than 30 minutes once you have you bags.
For shuttles back to the airport, you must be ready at the scheduled time. If the driver has a few stops, you might have to wait 5 to 10 minutes while we pick up other guests.
If you are on a shared ride, you will be grouped with other passengers who are arriving at about the same time. You will only share rides with other guests who are going to the same area. Taking a shared ride helps everybody by reducing the traffic in the canyon. It also gives you a great opportunity to get ski tips and ideas from other skiers. We are always amazed at how often people on a van have a connection with each other.
If you book a private vehicle, you will not have to wait for other passengers. Also, if you need to make a stop on the way, you will need to book a private vehicle.
Our main focus and passion is Little Cottonwood Canyon which is home to Alta and Snowbird Ski Resorts. The most avalanche prone road in the world creates a unique challenge for our drivers and company. No other company is as prepared and experienced to meet these challenges. We rise to these challenges every year and are proud of our reputation and dedicated service.
