What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. For individual reservations, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. For group bookings and special events, please contact us directly to discuss our flexible cancellation options. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure your safety.
How do we find you at the airport?
We're conveniently located at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) on Level 1, below baggage claim. Look for our clearly marked Alta Shuttle counter and signage. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you with your transportation needs.

How long is the ride between the airport and the ski resorts?
Travel times vary depending on your destination and weather conditions:
- Alta Ski Area: Approximately 45-60 minutes
- Snowbird: Approximately 45-60 minutes
- Park City Area: Approximately 35-50 minutes
- Other Ski Areas: Times vary by location
During peak ski season or inclement weather, travel times may be extended for safety. Our experienced drivers know the mountain roads well and will get you there safely, regardless of conditions.
How much should I tip?
While tipping is not required, it's always appreciated by our professional drivers who work hard to ensure your safe and comfortable journey. A standard tip is typically 15-20% of the fare for excellent service. For shared shuttles, many passengers tip $5-$10 per person. For private vehicles or exceptional service during challenging weather conditions, feel free to tip according to your satisfaction with the service provided.
Do you have car seats?
Yes! We provide complimentary car seats and booster seats for children of all ages. We carry infant car seats, convertible car seats for toddlers, and booster seats for older children. Please let us know the ages and sizes of your children when making your reservation so we can ensure we have the appropriate safety seats ready for your trip. Our car seats meet all Utah state safety requirements and are regularly inspected and cleaned for your peace of mind.
How long is the wait for a SmartShare or Big Picture Rate shared shuttle?
For our shared shuttle services, typical wait times are 15-30 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. During peak travel periods (weekends, holidays, and powder days), wait times may extend to 45-60 minutes as we coordinate with other passengers going to similar destinations. We always strive to minimize wait times while maximizing your savings. You'll receive updates on your shuttle's arrival time, and our customer service team is available 24/7 to provide real-time updates on your transportation status.
What is the difference between a SmartShare or Big Picture Rate shared shuttle ride and a private vehicle?
Shared Shuttle (SmartShare/Big Picture Rate):
